I have 14 years of work experience in various streams like (Sales, Customer Service, Training, Credit and Fraud Control, Managing teams in a BPO environment). My experience includes 10 years of rich experience in building and managing teams. During my work tenure I had the opportunity of working with a couple of multinational organizations right from their launch to a fully grown and profit making stage. It was in these organizations I had the opportunity to understand and test my skills on people management aspect, as these organizations provided me with the valuable learning’s on recruitment, launching a new process, build a cohesive team, how to deal with people issues and how to manage a team.
